James is appointed the inaugural 'Artist in Residence' at the Genome Damage and Stability Centre | University of Sussex

1 June 2018

James Dean Diamond has been appointed as the inaugural Artist in Residence at the Genome Damage and Stability Centre, part of the School of Life Sciences at the University of Sussex. For this 3-year programme, Diamond and curator Samia Ashraf will gain a unique access to the work of the research groups at the Centre, a leading genomic research institution, enabling them to collaborate with genomic scientists, and others to explore and respond to the academic research of the unit. This will be translated into a body of photographic work, created to reflect this partnership and to support a broader public engagement.
