Professor Marie Harder from the Values & Sustainability Research Group, University of Brighton, leads a thought-provoking workshop for James and his team, curator Samia Ashraf and strategic communications and marketing consultant Clare Carolan. A stimulating session which seeks to elicit, explore and challenge the teams shared values-in-action. The group was facilitated to crystallise their shared values clearly, which led them to reflect upon the complexity and multi-layered nature of the James’s projects.
